Weight : 134 pounds.
Mood : Ok, Tired. Went grocery shopping today. Ben and Jerry's ice cream, pistachio flavor and Edam cheese went into my basket. But I have not eaten any ice cream just 40 gram of cheese .
Bads : No Exercise. Stomaches. Fell asleep after dinner. Woke up to find my tummy still aches. Unknow causes
Goods : I kept within my calories intake
Exercise : None.

Bad news my body is coping well with eating 1200 calories per day. Better step up on fuel intake and expenditure.
