Rebouncing
This is the busiest period of my freelance working life. Projects and projects are starting, launching and in discussion.
I have stopped exercise regularly and start eating crap food. Need to get myself back on track! I am looking at my fat thighs now.. and HATING them.
Tonight I shall spend some time to do PHA workout.
Tomorrow, to stock up on healthier snacks!
Down with fat tummy and thighs
