Yoyo weight?

Today's weight : 140 pounds.

Oh dear... I went down to 138 pounds just last week and now I am back to 140 pounds. I hope it is just water weight.

Work is bonding me to the desk far longer than I would like it to.

I need to get my life back in balance. Sounded so cliche. I bet people say that every now and then. I shall go jog-walk before it gets too late.
