This is a post in a very long time. I have gone down to 57kg. Still have very thick fold of fats along my tummy. Need to work on that area.

I have been advised to do bicycles and leg lifts to burn of the fats in that area. I am also taking fish oil (Omega 3) and L-Carnitine supplements to help. Fish oil is good for general health too! :)
