It is not about counting calories, doing cardio exercise, fab diets. But it is about understanding how the body works and what is inside our food. It is also about changing your lifestyle and mindset.

My Right Thigh is Fatter than my Left Thigh

Today's weight : 134 pounds.

On plateau, bad appetite, bad workouts and a lot of work to do. That explains why I have not been blogging so often.

I notice that my right side is fatter than my left side. Isn't fat being burn up equally on both sides? Or my workout is not balanced, causing one side of my body to be fatter than the one side.

I definitely need to
  1. Keep to my workout schedule and work harder
  2. Eat more protein and carbohydrate to break the plateau, will write out a new grocery list this weekend.
  3. Sleep well!
in order to shrink my fat cells and expand my muscles.

Note to people who thinks that muscles turn into fat cells when you no longer do weight training:
Fat cells are fat cells. They either shrink or expand to accommodate the lipids in your body.
Muscles cells are muscles cells. They either shrink or expand due to usage.
And of course the number of fat cells no not decrease when you lose fat. They only shrink unless the cells are burst using radio waves aka plastic surgery like liposelection (think that's the name). So no more saying "my muscles are turning to fats". That is so not correct!
